The Heinzerling Family Five Points Nature Preserve offers a short (0.7 mile) loop trail through the mostly wooded northern portion of the property. Spring wildflower variety and density is good but not outstanding. A portion of the path shadows Black Creek.

DeKalb County. From I-69 Exit 312, north 10 miles on Coldwater Road, then left 0.2 miles on Road 9A, then right 0.3 miles on Road 7A to a gate on the left (no lot on my last visit, though one is planned and may have been installed since).
